Author Permissions and Article Use Conditions

All articles appearing on this website mean their authors have made them freely available as a PDF file for use by the general public. Authors own their own articles by copyright and are responsible for their content. They have given permission for the public to share, download, print, and use their article's PDF file, subject to certain conditions and restrictions.

The conditions to which the public (users) are subject are the following.

1. Give credit to the author(s).

2. Give the article's URL address so others can find the article's original PDF file.

3. Keep the entire electronic PDF file and its physical printed or electronically displayed derivations intact and unaltered.

The last page of each PDF file satisfies conditions 1 and 2 since it contains the picture and biography of the author(s) and the Article URL address of the article's location on this website. This gives credit to the author and the original article's URL address for reference.

Users are obligated to satisfy condition 3 according to the Copyright Permissions given after the article's URL address on the PDF file's last page, which govern an article's use.

Among these obligations are users agree to not alter an article's electronic PDF file nor any physical or displayed version. In all cases they must share, use, print, display, etc. the entire original PDF file.

Exceptions to the entire original PDF file are article excerpts for display by websites and by other electronic or physical means (e.g., printed, projected, etc), in which cases the excerpts must be accompanied by the author's name and the article's reference. These are given on the original PDF file's last page in the author's biographical sketch and the Article URL reference.
